FirstLight is a photography conditions application that provides weather data, astronomical information, and AI-generated photography briefings to help photographers plan their shoots. The Service includes:

• Location-based weather and light condition data
• Curated photography location information
• AI-powered photography advice and briefings
• Trip planning features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSentia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
